, where you'll play a key role in driving HR excellence across culture, diversity, talent management, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a culture ambassador, aligning people practices with company values.
Design and drive Diversity & Inclusion initiatives, awareness programs, and workshops.
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and the complete employee life cycle.
Oversee talent development, performance management, and succession planning.
Lead employee engagement, branding, recognition, and wellness programs.
Conduct employee surveys and translate insights into actionable improvements.
Requirements:
6-8 years of HR experience in manufacturing or related industries.
Proven success in D&I and employee engagement programs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
MBA in HR or a related field.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Preference: Female candidates with experience in manufacturing industry.
