Organization: The Organisation Harley's Fine Baking (https://www.harleys.com/), is a European style patisserie (premium cake selling company) created by an IIM professor to disrupt the cake and coffee market, established to spread bonafide taste of the streets of Manhattan across the world. Brought into the world from a love for baking, the desire to create a meeting place that serves delicious food with a warm rustic environment. The Organization offers a full scope of Breads, morning merchandise, cakes, baked and savoury goods. Currently the team size is of about 200+ people with more than 15+ outlets across Hyderabad, along with a plan of opening 100+ new outlets across Mumbai, Goa, Vijayawada, Bangalore, Chennai scaling up to 1000+ people over the next years.

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in

Job Brief: The

HR Payroll Specialist will oversee end-to-end payroll management for the organization, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing while adhering to statutory compliance. You will interface with HR, finance, and external vendors, maintain documentation, and support audit and HR operations, contributing to a smooth, compliant payroll function in a dynamic F&B workplace.

Job Responsibilities:

Execute

monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy in earnings, deductions, and adjustments.*
Manage

HRIS/HRMS platforms (e.g., Razorpay, GreytHR, Keka, Zoho People) for payroll and employee data management.*
Ensure

labour law and statutory compliance, including PF, ESI, Professional Tax, TDS, and other applicable regulations.*
Generate and maintain

payroll reports

, dashboards, and analytics using

MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards).*
Handle

documentation and audit processes, preparing and organizing payroll-related records for internal and external audits.*
Coordinate with

vendors and contractors, managing payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies.*
Oversee

HR reporting and lifecycle management, supporting functions like on-boarding, off-boarding, leave and attendance reconciliation.*
Support

multi-location payroll operations, including POS-integrated attendance systems if applicable.*
Work cross-functionally with finance and leadership to resolve payroll issues and implement process enhancements.*

Required Skills:

Proficiency in

HRIS/HRMS platforms (e.g., Razorpay, GreytHR, Keka, Zoho People)*
Strong command of

payroll processing and

statutory compliance.*
Advanced

MS Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards)*
Excellent
