Designs policies and standards on governance level or implements standards with further operational specificatons on Service Delivery Management level. Defines, maintains and communicates the global and local portfolio, incl. standard setting on pricing, quality, productivity and compliance. Defines (global) mandatory service levels and corresponding KPIs. Monitors competitive trends and service delivery. Monitors the effectiveness of global policies and programs for the specific service and recommends modification. Defines, implements, maintains and continuously enhances standard processes. Ensures effective knowledge and best practice sharing across the service delivery organization. Manage relationship with external strategic providers on either governance or service delivery level. Participate and conduct internal and/or external surveys. Drives development, implementation and improvement of global IT solutions.
