Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end payroll processing in SAP and Spine
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (PF, ESIC, PT, LWF)
Maintain accurate employee records and reconcile payroll data
Coordinate with Plant HR and Finance teams for T&A data
Calculate Bonus, TDS, and ensure accurate declaration verification
Stay updated on tax laws & payroll-related statutory changes
Ensure timely distribution of Form 16 and payroll reports
Address employee queries professionally and in a timely manner
Preferred Skills & Experience:
Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office
Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills
Good understanding of payroll laws, processes, and logics
Ability to manage confidential information with integrity
Quick learner with effective communication skills
