Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Preparation of Manpower MIS Report and keep it ready for Salary Approval Process.
2. Preparation of Manpower Billing MIS Report in Coordination with Billing Team.
3. Preparation of Zone Wise reconciliation for Salary Approval Process
4. Get Salary Data approved and Signed by MD and handover to Account department for Payment Purpose
5. Preparation of Department wise reconciliation and submit to Account Department
6. Coordinate with the account department and make sure PF & ESIC Payment is being made
7. Coordinate with Credit Control Team and get update on Payment Status of Manpower Billing Invoices
8. Preparation of PPT for JMD Manpower Review Meeting
9. Preparation, checking and sending billing Attendance to Billing Dept.
10. Checking on salary inputs such as Increments, Promotion, Deduction, other Earning if any.
11. Checking salary by Payroll team based on the inputs given in HRMS
12. Checking of Pay Register with previous month salary master, New Joiners Approved Salary Master, paid days from Attendance and Sent to Account Team for checking.
13. Checking of PF ESIC working and Sent to account department
14. Making sure all PF and ESIC templates are uploaded at portal and ready for payment purpose
no15. Checking of Statutory compliance documents and keep it ready for uploading at client's portal
16. Checking of FNF Documentation and get it approved by HR Head, Submit to account dept for Payment Purpose
17. Checking of Salary Master of New joiness and get approved by HR Head
18. Checking of Monthly Attendance for All locations. 19. Attendance Vigilance report - 16th of every month 20. DA Revision. 21. proposal to clients
