Human Resource Manager - Payroll & Compliance

About the Role:



Burma Burma Restaurant & Tea Room is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented

Human Resource Manager

to oversee payroll, compliance, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in

Spine HRMS, payroll management, statutory compliance, and employee services

while ensuring smooth HR processes and people experience.

Key Responsibilities:



Payroll & Compliance:



Manage end-to-end payroll processing through

Spine HRMS

. Ensure accurate calculation and timely disbursement of salaries, reimbursements, and incentives. Handle

TDS returns, Form 16 issuance

, and ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, MLWF, Gratuity, etc.). Prepare and manage all compliance-related reports and submissions.

Performance Management System (PMS):



Implement and monitor the Performance Management System across the organization. Work with leadership to track performance reviews and appraisal cycles.

Audit & Data Management:



Support

audit management

by ensuring proper documentation and adherence to statutory requirements. Maintain HR dashboards and automate data management processes for accuracy and efficiency.

Employee Welfare & Support:



Oversee

staff accommodation

facilities and ensure smooth administration. Handle employee queries related to payroll, compliance, and HR policies.

Other Responsibilities:



Prepare HR reports, MIS, and analytics using

Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

. Drive

data automation initiatives

for HR operations. Partner with management for policy implementation and process improvement.

Requirements:



Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Finance, or related field.

5+ years of experience

in Payroll & Compliance (hospitality/restaurant industry preferred). Strong knowledge of

Spine HRMS software

. Hands-on experience with payroll, compliance, TDS, and audits. Proficiency in

Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

. Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
