:
Manage end-to-end payroll for plant, corporate, and contract employees.
Ensure 100% compliance with statutory and labor laws (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Bonus, Gratuity, Factory Act, CLRA).
Process attendance, shifts, overtime, incentives, leave, arrears, and full & final settlements.
Coordinate with Finance for payroll accounting, salary disbursement, and reconciliations.
Handle payroll audits, statutory filings, inspections, and government liaison.
Manage payroll systems/HRMS, drive automation, and process improvements.
Prepare payroll MIS, reports, and dashboards for management.
Resolve employee payroll queries and manage escalations.
Lead and mentor payroll team; ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong expertise in manufacturing payroll and labor compliance.
Hands-on experience with SAP/HRMS or other payroll tools.
Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and stakeholder management skills.
