The HR Payroll Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring 100% accuracy, statutory compliance, and timely salary disbursement. The role requires strong knowledge of payroll policies, statutory norms, Excel proficiency, and the ability to handle employee queries for smooth HR & payroll functioning.
Key Responsibilities :
Payroll Management
Process monthly payroll for 300+ employees with accuracy and timeliness.
Perform
manual payroll processing
only.
Prepare complete salary breakup, salary structure, and monthly payroll sheets.
Calculate salaries, overtime, incentives, arrears, bonuses, and deductions.
Employee Records and Payroll
Maintain and update employee records in manual payroll .
Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Income Tax (TDS), and other statutory laws.
Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual statutory returns.
Provide payroll data during internal and external audits.
Accounts & Verification
Handle payroll-related accounts for 300+ employees.
Perform
BGV (Background Verification)
and
PVC (Police Verification Check)
of employees.
Reporting & Coordination
Generate and publish payroll MIS reports for management.
Coordinate with Finance for timely salary disbursements.
Manage and resolve salary, tax, and deduction-related employee queries.
Ensure confidentiality of payroll data at all times.
Technical Skills
Advanced Excel knowledge
(VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, HLOOKUP, Formulas).
Strong understanding of salary structures, CTC breakup, and deduction calculations.
