About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Executive with 3-4 years of experience in handling payroll processes for 500+ employees. The candidate should have strong knowledge of Excel, payroll compliance, and payroll software.
Key Responsibilities
? End-to-end payroll processing for 500+ employees with accuracy and timeliness.
? Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Gratuity, etc.).
? Maintain employee attendance, leave, and salary records.
? Process full & final settlements, reimbursements, and other payroll-related activities. ? ? Generate payroll MIS reports and provide necessary data for audits.
? Work on payroll-related queries and resolve employee concerns effectively.
? Coordinate with HR & Finance for smooth payroll operations.
Qualifications
? Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, formulas, reports).
? Good understanding of payroll software will be an added advantage.
? Familiarity with statutory compliance and labor laws.
? Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
Preferred
? Hands-on experience with payroll/HRMS software.
? Good communication and analytical skills.
