Key Responsibilities
Handle
end-to-end payroll processing
including:
Attendance, leave, overtime, incentives, and deductions
Salary calculation, payroll validation, and final disbursement
Manage
NAPS (National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme) payroll process
, including:
Apprentice payroll processing
Stipend calculation and disbursement
Compliance and documentation as per NAPS guidelines
Ensure accurate calculation and compliance of:
Professional Tax (P-Tax)
Labour Welfare Fund (LWF)
Maintain payroll records, reports, and MIS on a monthly basis
Coordinate with accounts/finance team for payroll-related entries and reconciliations
Address employee payroll-related queries and resolve discrepancies
Ensure adherence to company policies and statutory regulations
Support audits and inspections related to payroll and compliance
Required Skills & Knowledge
Strong knowledge of
end-to-end payroll processing
Hands-on experience with
NAPS payroll
Good working knowledge of:
Professional Tax (P-Tax)
Labour Welfare Fund (LWF)
Familiarity with payroll software and MS Excel
Good attention to detail and numerical accuracy
Ability to maintain confidentiality of payroll data
