Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced

Payroll Executive

to manage end-to-end payroll processes with accuracy and confidentiality. The ideal candidate will have 2 - 3 years of hands-on experience in payroll operations and a strong understanding of statutory compliance, tax regulations, and employee benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees. Maintain employee records related to salary, attendance, leaves, and deductions. Ensure compliance with statutory laws such as PF, ESI, TDS, PT, and other applicable regulations. Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for monthly inputs and reconciliation. Handle payroll queries and resolve discrepancies promptly. Prepare and submit payroll reports to management. Assist in audits and ensure proper documentation and data accuracy. Stay updated on changes in payroll regulations and compliance requirements.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field. 2 - 3 years of experience in payroll processing. Familiarity with payroll software. Strong knowledge of statutory laws and tax implications. Excellent Excel and data management skills. High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
