Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end payroll processing (attendance, leave, salary, incentives).
Handle statutory compliances (PF, ESI, TDS, Professional Tax, Gratuity).
Maintain employee records and payroll data accuracy.
Generate monthly payroll reports, MIS, and statutory filings.
Address employee queries related to salary, deductions, and payslips.
Coordinate with finance and HR team for smooth payroll operations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR/Commerce/Finance or related field.
3-5 years of payroll processing experience (preferably in [industry]).
Strong knowledge of PF, ESI, Income Tax, and labor laws.
Hands-on experience with payroll software/MS Excel.
Good communication and analytical skills.
