Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or Commerce
Minimum 2 years of experience in SAP Payroll processing
Strong knowledge of payroll operations: gross-to-net, retro, off-cycle, reconciliation
Proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting
Familiarity with GCC labor laws (UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman)
Experience in payroll compliance, audits, and stakeholder management
Exposure to SAP/SuccessFactors HCM preferred
