Process payroll for multiple clients, including data entry, calculations, and verification of timesheets, deductions, and adjustments.
Work efficiently on Busy Software for payroll management, compliance tasks, and invoice generation.
Ensure timely calculation, preparation, and filing of statutory returns related to PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, TDS, and other labor laws.
Maintain up-to-date compliance calendars for all clients and ensure no deadlines are missed.
Prepare challans, returns, registers, and ensure proper documentation as per law.
Handle inspections, audits, and queries from statutory authorities.
Keep updated with amendments in labor laws and payroll-related legislations and implement changes accordingly.Generate accurate and timely invoices for multiple clients based on payroll data and ensure proper documentation.
Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements such as ESI, PF, Leave policies, Bonus, Gratuity, and GST filings.
Accurately calculate statutory contributions and deductions and ensure timely submission to respective authorities.
Manage payroll-related documentation, including tax filings, benefit deductions, and employee records.
Prepare and distribute payroll reports and payslips to clients.
Handle payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with HR and accounting teams to ensure seamless payroll processing.
Stay updated on changes in payroll regulations and statutory laws to maintain compliance.
Assist in setting up new clients in the payroll system, ensuring all necessary information is accurate and complete.
REQUIREMENTS :
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a Payroll Executive or in a similar role.
Strong proficiency in Busy Software for payroll, compliance, and invoice generation processes.
In-depth understanding of statutory compliance, including ESI, PF, Leave, Bonus, Gratuity, and GST.
Familiarity with payroll tax regulations and compliance requirements.
Experience in generating and managing invoices for multiple clients.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office applications.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
