The Payroll Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely salary disbursement. The role involves maintaining employee records, handling statutory compliances, and working extensively on
Keka HRMS
for payroll operations and related HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Processing:
Handle complete payroll cycle using
Keka HRMS
.
Validate attendance, leaves, and overtime data before payroll run.
Process salary revisions, arrears, bonuses, and incentives.
Generate salary slips, payroll registers, and MIS reports.
Keka HRMS Management:
Maintain employee data and update master records in Keka.
Ensure accuracy in attendance, leave management, and shift details.
Coordinate with Keka support for issue resolution and feature updates.
Generate reports and analytics as required by management.
Compliance & Statutory Contributions:
Handle PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, and LWF compliance and submissions.
Coordinate with finance for timely statutory payments.
Prepare monthly and annual returns related to payroll.
Employee Queries & Support:
Address employee queries regarding salary, deductions, and payslips.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure prompt resolution of issues.
Audit & Documentation:
Maintain accurate payroll records and support internal/external audits.
Ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, HR, or related field.
1-3 years of experience
in payroll processing (preferably on
Keka HRMS
).
Strong knowledge of payroll, taxation, and statutory compliance.
Proficient in Excel and payroll reports.
Detail-oriented, accurate, and able to meet strict deadlines.
