We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Payroll HR professional to manage end-to-end payroll processing and compliance activities for our workforce. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in handling payroll for 500+ employees, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
:
Ensure accuracy in salary disbursement, deductions, reimbursements, and final settlements.
Maintain payroll records and employee data in HRMS.
Handle statutory compliance including PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, Bonus, TDS, and other labor law regulations.
Coordinate with Finance and HR teams for payroll-related queries and reconciliations.
Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll reports as required.
Assist in audits, inspections, and compliance-related documentation.
Address employee queries related to salary, deductions, and benefits.
Stay updated with changes in labor laws, tax regulations, and payroll best practices.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of payroll systems, HRMS, and statutory compliances.
Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll software.Attention to detail and accuracy in data management
Good communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Candidate Profile :
Immediate joiner will be given priority.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Payroll & Compliance.
Graduate with MBA/MPM in HR or related specialization.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹25,873.71 - ₹35,615.11 per month
