Job Description

Process and manage the end-to-end payroll cycle, Performance Appraisals, including data input, validation, and distribution of employee payments. Ensure accuracy in calculating wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions. Verify and reconcile payroll data to maintain precision in financial records. Stay abreast of local, state, and federal regulations related to payroll and tax laws. Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, including tax withholding, reporting, and filing obligations. Prepare and submit payroll-related reports to relevant authorities. Maintain accurate and organized payroll records for all employees. Generate and distribute pay statements, tax forms, and other payroll-related documents. Update and maintain employee payroll information in the system. Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries from employees in a timely and professional manner. Investigate and rectify any discrepancies or errors in payroll processing. Collaborate with other departments, such as HR and Finance, to ensure seamless communication and resolution of issues. Utilize payroll software and systems efficiently to streamline processes and ensure accuracy. Stay informed about updates and changes in payroll technology, recommending system improvements when necessary. Generate regular and ad-hoc payroll reports for management and other stakeholders. Provide insights and analysis on payroll-related data to support decision-making. Communicate payroll-related changes, updates, and policies to employees. Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure alignment on payroll and benefit programs. Participate in internal and external audits related to payroll processes. Implement corrective actions based on audit findings.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field.

At least 1 year Proven work experience in payroll processing and administration.

Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance requirements and Performance Appraisal.

Proficient in using payroll software and MS Office applications.

Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
