Requirements
Hands on experience in Indian Payroll processing within Financial Sector preferred.
Managing payroll for 300+ employees
Strong knowledge of statutory compliance( PF, ESI, PT, TDS)
Payroll software and Excel proficiency
Good communication and coordination skills.
Responsibilities
:
Managing end to end Indian payroll for 500+ employees.
Handle PF, ESI, PT, TDS, gratuity and other statutory filings.
Maintain payroll records and, employee data and other MIS Reports.
Support month end and year end payroll activities.
Resolve payroll related queries and discrepancies from employees.
Coordinate with finance and external consultants for audits and compliance.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
