Key Responsibilities:
Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
Maintain attendance, leave, and employee database.
Calculate deductions, incentives, and reimbursements.
Ensure timely submission of statutory payments (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.).
Prepare salary slips, reports, and maintain payroll records.
Coordinate with the accounts team for salary disbursement.
Handle employee queries related to salary, payslips, and deductions.
Support HR documentation and compliance audits.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Commerce, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in payroll or HR operations.
Good understanding of payroll software and MS Excel.
Knowledge of statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS, Gratuity).
Strong analytical, communication, and record-keeping skills.
