Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Commerce, or a related field
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR & Payroll Executive to manage core HR functions and handle end-to-end payroll processing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining employee records, managing recruitment and onboarding, ensuring statutory compliance, and processing accurate and timely payroll.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations & Recruitment:
Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
Maintain and update employee personal files and HR records.
Support HR activities such as induction, employee engagement, and exit formalities.
Maintain recruitment and HR MIS reports.
Maintain confidentiality and company data at all times.
Payroll Management:
Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
Calculate and process statutory deductions (PF, ESI, TDS, Professional Tax, etc.).
Ensure compliance with payroll-related statutory laws and regulations.
Handle full & final settlements and prepare necessary documentation.
Coordinate with Finance and Accounts teams for payroll reconciliation.
Generate salary slips and monthly payroll reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, payroll processing and HR operations (preferably in a logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing company)
Strong knowledge of job portals, sourcing techniques, and screening tools.
Understanding of blue-collar and mid-level hiring challenges in the logistics sector.
Strong knowledge of statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.).
Proficient in MS Excel and payroll/HR software .
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Male candidate(Preffered).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
