Handle end-to-end payroll processing accurately and on time.
Maintain employee attendance, leave records.
Prepare salary statements and process statutory deductions (PF, ESI, etc.).
Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations related to payroll.
Support HR functions such as onboarding, documentation, and employee data management.
Coordinate with finance and accounts teams for monthly payroll reconciliation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Commerce, or a related field.
Proven experience in payroll management and statutory compliance(1-2 Year).
Strong knowledge of MS Excel and payroll software (e.g., Tally, HRMS, etc.).
Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Good communication and coordination skills.
