Manage attendance and leave records accurately, ensuring timely updates in HR systems.
Support statutory compliance processes including PF, ESI, gratuity, and other labour law requirements.
Assist in end-to-end payroll processing by collating attendance, leave data, and necessary inputs.
Handle recruitment activities such as sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain and update employee records in HR systems with high accuracy and confidentiality.
Support performance appraisal cycles and employee feedback mechanisms.
Address employee grievances, support conflict resolution, and promote a positive work environment.
Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and internal HR communication activities.
Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and process improvements.
Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review.
