Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
HR Executive
to manage end-to-end
payroll
and
recruitment functions
. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the
healthcare industry
and should be well-versed in HR practices, statutory compliance, and sourcing strategies specific to healthcare roles.
Key Responsibilities:Payroll Management:
Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
Maintain payroll data, attendance records, and leave management systems.
Ensure compliance with statutory deductions (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, etc.).
Handle employee reimbursements, full & final settlements, and payroll queries.
Liaise with finance and external vendors (if any) for audits and payroll processing.
Recruitment:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles.
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate pipelines and database for critical roles.
Onboard new hires and ensure smooth joining processes.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience
in payroll and recruitment within the
healthcare sector
.
Good understanding of Indian labor laws and HR compliance.
Proficient in HRMS/payroll software and MS Excel.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
