We're Hiring: Payroll Executive & Compliance
Location: Kishangarh, Rajasthan
Experience: Minimum 2 Years
CTC: Up to ₹30,000 per month
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Executive to manage payroll operations and statutory compliances for college staff (teaching & non-teaching). The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of payroll processing, attendance & leave management, statutory filings, and employee documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Management
Process monthly payroll accurately & on time for all staff.
Maintain attendance, leave, and teaching/non-teaching workload records.
Prepare salary sheets, MIS, and payroll reconciliation reports.
Manage salary disbursement via banking portals.
Resolve employee queries related to salary, deductions, PF, ESI, taxation, etc.
Statutory Compliance
Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Gratuity, and education-sector regulations.
File monthly/annual PF & ESI returns.
Maintain statutory registers & audit-related documentation.
Coordinate with authorities for notices or compliance requirements.
Documentation & HR Support
Maintain accurate employee files (joining, KYC, contracts, exit).
Prepare HR & compliance reports for management.
Assist in staff data management and audits.
Skills & Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Payroll & Compliance (education sector preferred).
Good understanding of PF, ESI & statutory compliances.
Strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, formulas).
Experience with HRMS/Payroll software.
Strong communication & confidentiality handling.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Commerce / HR / Business Administration or related field.
Certification in payroll or labour laws is a plus.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
