Key Responsibilities:
Manage
end-to-end payroll process
including attendance, leave management, salary calculation, and disbursement.
Ensure compliance with
PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, Bonus Act
, and other statutory requirements.
Maintain accurate HR records and update employee databases.
Handle employee joining formalities, onboarding, and exit process.
Prepare and submit statutory returns on time.
Address employee queries related to payroll, PF, ESIC, and policies.
Support manpower planning, recruitment coordination, and workforce management.
Ensure compliance with labor laws applicable to the state of Maharashtra.
Coordinate with accounts/finance team for payroll-related matters.
Manage HR documentation, policies, and employee welfare initiatives.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Graduate/Post Graduate in
HR / Business Administration / Commerce

2 to 6 years of proven experience in
HR & Payroll Management
.
Good knowledge of
PF, ESIC, Labour Laws, and Compliance filing
.
Proficiency in MS Excel & HRMS software.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle
end-to-end HR functions independently
