Key Responsibilities
Payroll & Compliance
Assist in end-to-end payroll processing with 100% accuracy and timeliness.
Ensure compliance with
PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Income Tax, and other statutory laws
.
Maintain employee records related to compensation, deductions, and benefits.
Help in preparing and filing monthly/quarterly/annual statutory returns.
Liaise with statutory authorities and auditors for compliance-related queries.
HR Generalist Activities
Support
performance appraisal cycles
and employee feedback processes.
Assist in
HRBP activities
: engagement and HR policy implementation.
Maintain and update employee database (HRIS/Excel).
Support exit processes: F&F settlements, compliance checks, and documentation.
Recruitment
Manage recruitment for junior/mid-level roles: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordination.
Build and maintain candidate pipelines through portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
Support onboarding: offer letters, induction, and joining formalities.
Key Skills & Requirements
3-4 years of proven experience in
payroll management & HR generalist roles
.
Strong understanding of
India payroll, statutory compliances, and labor laws
.
Hands-on experience with
Tech
recruitment
Proficiency in MS Excel and HR tools/software.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle confidential information.
Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a WFH setup.
