Job description
Maintain all statutory compliance of the unit
Assisting with day-to-day HR related questions.
Attend to employee grievances
Manage payroll, PF, ESIC, labour contractor registrations, factory, fire, pollution license/NOC, etc
Controlling costs and ensuring that they do not exceed budgets.
Administering appropriate company assessments
Implement corporate HR policies
Handling CSR, Employee Welfare and Social security. All Industrial Relation Activity (Statutory Compliance /Legal).
Handling E-Return of ESI , P.tax and PF.
Online Accident Report submission within 48 hours to ESIC.
Fixation of Minimum wage as per DA variation of ICC.
Grievance Handling, Conflict Management and Negotiation with Trade Unions.
Handled Long Term Settlement related to Wage, other benefits of the workers.
