Designation - HR Payroll Executive
Roles & Responsibilities -
Payroll Processing:

• Compile and process payroll data such as hours worked, leaves, bonuses, and deductions.
• Ensure accurate calculation of wages, taxes, and other deductions.
• Process payroll in a timely manner according to established deadlines.

Compliance and Documentation:

• Stay updated with labor laws and regulations related to payroll processing in India.
• Maintain accurate records of employee information, payroll transactions, and tax filings.
• Prepare and submit statutory reports and returns as required by regulatory authorities.

Employee Queries and Support:

• Address payroll-related inquiries from employees promptly and professionally.
• Provide support and guidance to employees on matters related to payroll, taxes, and benefits.

Benefits Administration:

• Assist in administering employee benefits programs such as insurance, and other perks.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure accurate enrollment and deductions for employee benefits.

Payroll Reconciliation and Reporting:

• Reconcile payroll data to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
• Generate payroll reports for management review and decision-making purposes.

Process Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation in payroll operations.
• Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy in payroll processing.
