The role requires strong hands-on experience in statutory compliance and payroll processing for 1000+ employees in a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities

End-to-end payroll processing for 1000+ employees on a monthly basis Accurate calculation of salaries, overtime, incentives, deductions, and arrears Handling statutory compliances: PF, ESI, Bonus, LWF, Professional Tax Preparation and filing of monthly, quarterly, and annual statutory returns Coordination with auditors and government departments for compliance Managing employee payroll queries and resolving discrepancies Maintaining payroll records, MIS reports, and documentation Handling NAPS (National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme) documentation, uploads, and compliance Ensuring timely salary disbursement and statutory payments
Required Skills & Knowledge

Strong knowledge of Payroll, PF, ESI, Bonus, LWF, PT Experience handling payroll for 1000+ employees Working knowledge of NAPS Good understanding of labor laws and statutory regulations Proficiency in VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP & IF Conditions High accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail
