The role also involves handling basic HR operations such as timekeeping, attendance management, and letter generation (Offer, Appointment, Confirmation, etc.) & end-to-end payroll management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage attendance/time office.
Generate employee letters (Offer, Appointment, Confirmation, etc.).
Maintain payroll data, update employee records, and ensure statutory compliance (EPF, ESIC, PT, LWF).
Handle employee payroll queries professionally.
Collaborate with HR accuracy and reporting.
Prepare payroll reports and support audits or MIS updates.
Maintain payroll systems and ensure data confidentiality.
Qualifications:
Graduate in Commerce; MBA (HR) preferred.
Minimum 2+ years' experience in payroll and time office management (India).
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in GreytHR or similar payroll software.
Advanced MS Excel skills.
Good understanding of Indian Labour Laws.
