Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursement.
Maintain employee records including attendance, leave, and personal data for payroll purposes.
Ensure 100% compliance with all statutory requirements like PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, TDS, and labour laws.
Handle periodic filings and returns (PF/ESIC/PT) and liaise with government departments for timely submission.
Generate salary slips, full & final settlements, bonus, and gratuity calculations.
Assist in audits and inspections related to HR statutory compliance.
Coordinate with finance and external consultants for compliance-related documentation and verification.
Support recruitment activities, onboarding, employee engagement, and exit processes.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all HR and payroll-related operations.
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR and payroll, preferably in the infrastructure or construction sector.
Strong knowledge of statutory compliance and hands-on experience with related processes and portals.
Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll software (e.g., Nway HRMs, or equivalent).
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration(Preferred), or a related field.
