Process end-to-end payroll for employees accurately and on time.
Manage salary calculations, allowances, deductions, reimbursements, and bonuses.
Maintain payroll records and ensure reconciliation of salary accounts.
Coordinate with finance for salary disbursement, TDS, and other statutory deductions.
HR Compliance:
Ensure compliance with labor laws including PF, ESI, Gratuity, LWF, and Professional Tax.
Prepare and submit statutory returns on time.
Maintain records of employment contracts, policies, and HR documentation.
Assist in audits and inspections by statutory authorities.
Data Management & Handling:
Collect, organize, and maintain accurate employee and HR-related data.
Perform data cleaning, validation, and updating to ensure consistency and integrity.
Maintain HR databases, spreadsheets, and other digital repositories.
Ensure confidentiality and security of all employee data.
MIS Reporting:
Prepare regular and ad-hoc HR and payroll MIS reports for management review.
Analyze data to identify trends, discrepancies, and actionable insights.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of payroll processes, HR compliance, and labor laws.
Hands-on experience with HRMS/Payroll software.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts) and reporting tools.
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
