*Handle monthly payroll processing with accuracy and timelines.

Manage PF, ESIC, PT calculations, challan preparation & filing.
Ensure compliance with statutory laws and government regulations.
Responsible for new employee account creation and KYC documentation.
Create and update salary structures as per company policies.
Maintain and implement HR & payroll policies related to compensation.
Respond to employee queries related to salary, deductions, and taxes .
Ensure timely submission of returns & payments to respective authorities.
Assist in audit documentation and statutory inspections .
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
