Profile - Sr. HR- Payroll

Qualification - Graduate, MBA

Experience - 4+ years of payroll handling experience. Experience with payroll software.

Salary - Upto 5 Lac CTC

Location - Vaishali Nagar Jaipur (Raj.)

Key Responsibilities

Payroll Management

Handle end-to-end payroll processing (monthly, quarterly, and yearly).

Ensure accuracy in salary calculations including attendance, leave, overtime, incentives, and deductions.

Validate inputs like new joiners, resignations, salary revisions, and arrears.

Coordinate with Finance for timely salary disbursement.

Compliance & Statutory

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements - PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, TDS, and Gratuity.

Prepare and file monthly/quarterly/annual statutory returns.

Keep updated with changes in labor laws and tax regulations.

Employee Data & MIS

Maintain and update employee records in HRMS.

Generate payroll MIS reports - CTC, headcount, overtime, attrition, and salary cost analysis.

Support internal and external audits with payroll-related documents.

Employee Support

Address payroll queries from employees promptly.

Provide salary slips, Form-16, and related documents.

Guide employees on tax declarations and investment proof submissions.
