Handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, induction and joining formalities.
Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR MIS.
Manage attendance, leave records, and employee queries effectively.
Conduct orientation, policy communication, and employee engagement activities.
2. Payroll & Compliance
Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
Manage statutory compliance: PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, Bonus etc.
Coordinate with finance for salary disbursement and payroll reports.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and audit documentation.
3. Administration
Oversee office administration, asset management, housekeeping and vendor coordination.
Manage travel bookings, office supplies, and admin procurement.
Coordinate with various departments for smooth office functioning.
4. HR Policies & Performance Management
Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies and SOPs.
Support performance evaluation cycles and documentation.
Handle disciplinary procedures and employee grievances.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR/Business Administration.
4-5 years of experience in HR, administration, and payroll management.
Strong knowledge of HRMS, attendance systems, and statutory compliance.
Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multi-location coordination and field employee management.
