to support the CEO and manage core HR functions.
This role requires someone who can balance
HR responsibilities, people operations, confidential work, and direct executive support
with professionalism and maturity.
The ideal candidate is someone who can manage
end-to-end HR processes
, coordinate closely with the CEO, ensure smooth internal communication, and maintain high operational discipline within the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Human Resources Management
Handle
end-to-end recruitment
for technical, non-technical, and sales roles.
Conduct candidate screening, scheduling, coordination, and interview follow-up.
Draft offer letters, contracts, NDAs, and manage onboarding documentation.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leaves, HRMS updates, and compliance.
Conduct monthly HR reviews, employee check-ins, and engagement activities.
Handle exit formalities, exit interviews, and ensure smooth offboarding.
Assist in developing HR policies, appraisal cycles, HR reporting, and SOPs.
Ensure HR processes are followed consistently and professionally.
2. Executive Assistance to CEO
Manage CEO calendar, appointments, travel, and meeting coordination.
Prepare meeting notes, follow-ups, summaries, and ensure action items are closed.
Handle confidential information with absolute discretion.
Coordinate communication between CEO and internal teams.
Assist with priority tasks, research, report preparation, documentation, and presentations.
Maintain structured reminders, timelines, and accurate communication for CEO-led initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
2-4 years
experience as HR Executive, HR Generalist, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or EA/PA to senior leadership (IT industry preferred).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational ability, time management, and follow-up discipline.
Experience in hiring technical and non-technical roles.
Ability to work with confidentiality, professionalism, and maturity.
Proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Office, HRMS tools (Bitrix24 is a plus).
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate across multiple teams.
