We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Operations & Systems Executive
to manage our HR backend systems--primarily Zoho People and Zoho Payroll. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining real-time employee records, ensuring smooth HR operations, and supporting our workforce through timely issue resolution and data-driven insights.
Key ResponsibilitiesHR Operations & System Maintenance
Own and manage the Zoho HR system backend for employee records, documentation, and transactions.
Ensure accurate and timely recording of employee lifecycle events such as onboarding, transfers, promotions, and exits.
Conduct regular audits to maintain data hygiene and ensure compliance with internal policies and statutory norms.
Assist the HR team with policy implementation, document creation, and employee engagement initiatives.
Employee Support & Issue Resolution
Provide first-line support for Zoho-related issues encountered by employees (mobile and web).
Organize training or onboarding sessions to improve user adoption and system literacy.
Track and analyze recurring user issues; collaborate with internal teams to improve workflows and system configurations.
Excel & Data Analysis
Create HR dashboards, reports, and reconciliation sheets using advanced Excel tools (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
Analyze HR metrics related to attendance, leaves, headcount, attrition, and payroll.
Support audits and compliance efforts using system-generated data and Excel outputs.
Key Skills & Attributes
Hands-on experience with
Zoho People
and
Zoho Payroll
(implementation/support).
Strong proficiency in
Microsoft Excel
(Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Charts, Data Validation).
Exceptional attention to detail with a structured approach to data and backend systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a service-first mindset.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience supporting HR technology systems or managing HR data.
Knowledge of statutory compliance and HR best practices.
