Job Description

Key Responsibilities1. Talent Acquisition



Manage end-to-end hiring lifecycle across departments. Source candidates using

Naukri, LinkedIn, and other hiring platforms

. Draft and publish engaging job descriptions aligned with business needs. Screen and shortlist relevant profiles; conduct initial HR rounds. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to schedule interviews. Maintain candidate database and follow up till final onboarding.

2. Payroll Management



Collect and verify attendance, leaves, and other payroll inputs. Work with tools like

Excel/Zoho/GreytHR

or coordinate with payroll vendors. Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing. Handle salary slips, full & final settlements, and reimbursements. Maintain employee records in compliance with statutory laws.

Generalist HR Operations



Maintain employee records, HRIS, and personal files. Address employee queries and grievances with empathy and professionalism. Support in creating and implementing HR policies and SOPs. Plan and execute engagement activities and birthday/anniversary celebrations. Assist in performance review coordination and feedback collection. Ensure HR compliance and audit-readiness at all times.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
