We are looking for a proactive HR Admin to join our team in Kanpur!
Key Responsibilities:
Manage payroll and ensure accurate attendance tracking
Drive employee engagement initiatives and internal communication
Handle employee grievances with empathy and resolution focus
Work on drafting, updating, and implementing HR policies
Ensure HR compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations
Maintain HR documentation and oversee organizational management
Support recruitment processes as and when required
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR/Admin
Strong knowledge of payroll systems & employee database management
Good interpersonal and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools
