What We Look For
We are seeking an HR & Operations candidate who is organized, proactive, and committed to ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the clinic. The ideal candidate should possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to effectively balance people management with operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the
recruitment
process including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain accurate employee records covering attendance, leave, performance, and statutory compliance.
Prepare HR letters, update policies, and ensure adherence to labor laws and organizational guidelines.
Support and coordinate training, development, and employee engagement initiatives.
Supervise facilities, maintenance, and all centre activities to ensure smooth functioning.
Coordinate with therapists, support staff, parents, HODs, to maintain efficient workflows and prepare therapy schedules.
Maintain supplies, equipment, and facility upkeep; ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with health protocols.
Track key metrics (patient volume, satisfaction, revenue) and provide actionable insights to improve operations and support expansion.
Handle client inquiries, feedback, and complaints; build strong relationships with parents, vendors, and external partners.
Ensure adherence to safety, HR, and data protection policies, and manage any operational risks proactively.
Requirements
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
3-6 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a hospital or clinic setting.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Telugu is a must.
