Administer employee lifecycle activities: joining, transfers, exits, etc..,
Act as a first point of contact for HR queries, policies, and procedures.
Support performance appraisal processes and employee engagement activities.
Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately.
Assist in the implementation of HR initiatives and compliance requirements.
Address employee grievances and foster a positive work environment.
Partner with business units to drive HR best practices.
Resolve employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and statutory deductions.
Maintain updated knowledge of government regulations related to banking sector HR functions.
Coordinate training sessions and career development programs.
Generate HR reports and analyze metrics for decision-making.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar HR role, preferably in the banking/financial sector.
Good knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and statutory compliance.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with HRIS and MS Office.
