Role Summary:

The role is responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment activities while strengthening employee experience, engagement, and employer branding. The position will act as a key HR partner, ensuring smooth hiring operations, strong employee relations, policy compliance, and data-driven HR decision-making.

Talent Acquisition:
Lead recruitment.
Train and mentor junior HR resources in recruitment processes.
Handle critical and niche hiring requirements.
Coordinate effectively with interview panels for smooth scheduling and feedback.
Compile and align recruitment activities with both internal and client requirements.

Employee Relations, Experience & Employer Branding:
Act as the first point of contact for employee queries.
Enhance overall employee experience through proactive initiatives.
Drive employee engagement activities and culture-building programs.
Strengthen employer branding to attract top talent.

Policy, Compliance & HR Tech Transformation:
Ensure adherence to HR policies and compliance requirements.
Support policy updates and effective communication.
Contribute to HR technology adoption and process transformation.

HR Analytics & Insights
Maintain HR dashboards (Employee Data) and provide actionable insights.
Use analytics to support decision-making on attrition, hiring, and engagement.

Increased Responsibilities:
Ownership of HR processes with greater independence.
Leading initiatives in employer branding, employee experience, and HR tech transformation.
Stronger collaboration with managers, employees, and vendors.

Supporting strategic HR initiatives such as retention, succession planning, and culture development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?200,000.00 - ?400,000.00 per year
