Position: HR Operations Specialist/Executive Location: Bengaluru (Sheshadripuram) Salary: ₹30,000 per month
Your Impact:

Lead end-to-end recruitment & onboarding Maintain HRIS & employee lifecycle records Oversee appraisals, performance reviews, and growth paths Foster employee engagement, team bonding, and retention Handle grievance redressal & workplace harmony Ensure HR compliance, labor law adherence & audits Provide insights with HR analytics for better decision-making
What we're looking for:

2-5 years of HR Ops/Generalist experience (startup vibe preferred) Strong knowledge of Karnataka labor laws Empathy + excellent communication + conflict resolution skills Skilled with HRIS, ATS & MS Office Bachelor's degree in HR/Business Administration (or equivalent)
