Job Role:
Involves a blend of traditional accounting responsibilities and HR-related tasks, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance within the agency's operations and its clients' staffing needs. This role requires expertise in both financial management and HR processes, including payroll, budgeting, and potentially client billing.
A) Accounting Responsibilities:
Financial Record Keeping:
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger accounts, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
Client Communication:
Communicating with clients regarding billing, payroll, or other financial matters.
Process Improvement:
Identifying and implementing improvements to accounting and financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
B) HR-Related Responsibilities:
Payroll Processing:
Managing the payroll process for the agency's employees and potentially for client employees, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
Benefits Administration:
Assisting with the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other related benefits.
Client Billing:
Managing the billing process for client services, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing and payment collection.
HRIS Management:
Utilizing and maintaining HR information systems (HRIS) for employee data management, payroll processing, and other HR functions.
Compliance:
Ensuring compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations related to payroll, benefits, and employment practices.
Requirements:
Education:
Graduation mandatory
Experience:
Proven experience as an accountant, preferably with experience in payroll and HR-related functions.
Software Proficiency:
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho) and HRIS systems.
Analytical Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide insights.
Communication Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with team members and present financial information clearly.
Organizational Skills:
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Attention to Detail:
A keen eye for detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
