Role Overview

Responsible for managing HR operational processes, maintaining employee data, supporting HR systems, and ensuring smooth HR administration across the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage HR operations including employee records, payroll coordination, attendance and performance management processes. Drive employee engagement, training, and development initiatives to foster a positive work culture and Address employee queries related to HR policies Oversee HR policies, HR Records, Employee files, HRMS tools, compliance, and documentation in line with labor laws and company standards. Conduct induction programs, Handle onboarding, offboarding, employment documentation.exit interviews, and analyze HR metrics to enhance retention. Support leadership in workforce planning, talent retention, and organizational development.

Requirements:

MBA in Human Resources or related discipline. 4-6 years of experience in HR roles, with strong exposure to recruitment and people management. Proven ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Strong understanding of HR policies, labor regulations, and modern HR practices. Prior experience in event management, media, or creative industries will be an added advantage.
