HR Business Partner

Your role and responsibilities

In this role you will have the opportunity to perform day-to-day HR transactions for one or several assigned entity, while also managing complex and escalated tasks. They ensure a high degree of customer experience by committing to a complete, accurate and timely completion of HR transactions.

This role is contributing to the Motion business at Faridabad, India:



You will be mainly accountable for:Executes and delivers HR services in compliance with agreed business processes, KPIs and quality targets in a timely, accurate and customer focused manner, showing an end-to-end responsibility. Supports cross-collaboration within HR Services operations and other HR functions to optimize processes and tools and therewith promote synergies. Acts as point of contact for inquiries regarding HR related topics and delivers support across one or several service line(s). Accountable for the end-to-end operations, delivering high-quality results delivering globally agreed performance standards.

Qualifications for the role

2 to 4 years of experience in similar industry. Full time graduate with knowledge of various HR tools. Accountable for maintaining a high level of data quality and accuracy in the systems as well as documentation. Supports other team members with defined tasks and knowledge transfer.
