Administer HR processes, including payroll, benefits, and employee records maintenance. Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and assist with HR policy enforcement. Manage employee relations by addressing conflicts, conducting investigations, and promoting a positive workplace culture in alignment with organizational values and legal requirements. HR Administration: Manage day-to-day HR administrative tasks such as employee data management, payroll processing, benefits administration, and record-keeping. Employee Onboarding and Offboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and training. Facilitate offboarding procedures, including exit interviews and separation documentation. HR Policy and Procedure Compliance: Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal regulations. Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR-related inquiries and enforce company policies consistently. Employee Relations Support: Act as a point of contact for employee relations issues, including grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions. Conduct investigations as needed and recommend appropriate resolutions in alignment with company policies and employment laws. Performance Management Assistance: Support the performance management process by assisting with performance appraisal administration, goal setting, and performance improvement plans. HR Reporting and Metrics: Compile and analyze HR data to generate reports on key metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, and compliance. Provide insights to management to support data-driven decision-making. HR Systems Management: Oversee HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other HR-related software platforms. Ensure data accuracy, system updates, and user training to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. Employee Communication and Engagement: Assist in the development and implementation of employee communication strategies to foster a positive workplace culture. Organize employee engagement activities and events to enhance morale and team cohesion. Legal Compliance and Risk Management: Stay informed about employment laws and regulations to ensure HR practices are compliant. Mitigate risks by identifying potential issues and implementing appropriate measures to address them. Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve operational efficiency. Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing HR services and support for employees and managers. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship, Freelance
