At PhonePe, People Operations team is responsible for processes such as Onboarding, Payroll, Leave
Management, Exit, Letter Management, Employee Records etc. for all full-time employees and full-
time contractors (FTC). For FTE Life-Cycle Management team, the overall purpose is to take wing-to-
wing ownership of all FTE Life-Cycle processes for all PhonePe business groups and support all
stakeholders such as FTE employees, manager, HRM, Finance, HR Compliance groups with
simplifying, standardizing, strengthening, and communicating FTE Life-Cycle processes. Role Objective:
Responsible for managing pre onboarding, onboarding & other life cycle processes to ensure
enhanced employee experience & strong process compliances.
:

  • Manage post-onboarding, Induction process & other life cycle processes for PhonePe.
  • Ensure continuous process improvements of all onboarding, Induction and other employee life cycle processes and ensure enhanced employee experience.
  • Proactively audit & manage the policies, processes and data related to onboarding & employee life cycle events and ensure audit readiness.
  • Maintain timely and accurate updates for new joiner data maintenance and employee personal data in the core HCMS system.
  • Handle the helpdesk ticketing system and provide quality timely response to employees and candidates.
  • Manage Employee Data Management System, timely audit & maintenance.
  • Ensure data maintenance on process SLAs, compliances, and survey feedbacks.
  • Define, build & measure process SLAs and process compliances and reporting thereof to the
relevant stakeholders.
  • Adopt lean methodology to standardize & simplify the processes to give employee
consistent & predictable experiences.
  • Build & implement effective feedback mechanism to invite inputs & ‘Corrective and Preventive Action’ approach for improving processes & enhancing employee value proposition.
  • Ensure data accuracy, timelines & completeness of data for all the processes managed

Desired Experience:
  • Exposure to HR Operations Life Cycle processes
  • 3-5 years of relevant HR Operations experience (preferably of a start-up organization)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Minimum Qualification:
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Basic understanding or knowledge of MS Office Suite skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Understanding of HR operations including document management and Onboarding
  • Looking for an immediate joiner
