Role Requirements

• Must have prior experience in US Recruitment
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good understanding of employee lifecycle processes
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to HR operational tasks
• Must have your own laptop
• Remote work capability
• Hyderabad candidates are highly preferred
