Responsibilities:

  • Handle HR tickets and complex customer requests using workflow management tools
  • Maintain HR data accuracy, including salary information, and monitor order completion
  • Prepare and maintain standard HR documents (contracts, correspondence, certificates)
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries, including those from health insurers and authorities
  • Support transaction processes and resourcing tasks in related HR areas
  • Develop and maintain process documentation and FAQs
  • Report and collaborate on IT incidents and process issues
  • Support Product Management in enhancing HR service quality and customer experience
  • Collaborate with other departments and provide guidance to junior colleagues
  • Continuously suggest improvements for processes, procedures, and technologies
  • Ensure timely completion of personal tasks and take on additional assignments as needed
